The facts are no one likes to handle urine specimens even the person being tested. It is uncomfortable for them and the administrator. Technology just keeps getting better and better. Drug Screening for new hires, random test, accident test and reasonable suspision testing has finally gotten some DIGNITY.

This simple, non invasive, on-site, one step procedure takes less than 15 minutes to provide a result. It simultaneously test for 6 drugs of abuse. This test virtually eliminates any adulteration or contamination. It has a built in confirmation that provides chain of custody tracking. Simple easy to read results.

The procedure is very simple.

1. Instruct the subject to hold head straight during the collection. Place pad inside the mouth with the test window facing downard on right side of tongue for 5 seconds.

2.Move the collection pad to the left side of the tongue for and additional 5 seconds.

3. Rotate the collection pad to bottom of tongue with window facing upward and hold until pink color flows half way up. When the pink color starts flowing from each of the windows, remove from mouth and recap. Saliva flow should be observed within 5 minutes.

4. Recap and read the results in 10 minutes. Control band must be present for test to be valid. That's it. Virtually anyone can be taught how to do this.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Any band that can be seen visually, no matter how faint, is a NEGATIVE RESULT. Please check result under sufficient lighting as shadows can mask correct outcome.

Important Information About Screening Tests

ORATECT™ Multiple Drug Test Oral Fluid Test. All screening tests (oral fluid, hair, and urine) are recommended to have positives confirmed using GC/MS. Confirmation using GC/MS has been challenged in court and is legally defensible.
GC/MS is the only certain measure of illegal drug use.

only confirms that a class of drug has been used. It does not identify whether that specific drug was
illegal or prescribed. We offer GC/MS confirmation
using either oral fluid or urine.
How Does Oral Screen Correlate to Urine. There
will be samples that differ. Since ORATECT™ can
detect drugs immediately after ingestion, it is
possible to get positives before the drug metabolizes and shows up in urine. For this reason, ORATECT™
is a better indicator of influence. Typically Urine indicates past use.
Cut-off levels and how they compare…Oral vs Urine. Drug concentrations and the related cutoff levels are different in urine and oral fluid. The ORATECT™ test
is much more sensitive to accommodate the
lower cut-offs necessary for accurate saliva testing.
